TERMS OF SERVICE
- Usage of the model/art for NFTS and AI SOFTWARE is strictly prohibited.
- Reselling the model is prohibited.
- The model PSD file must not be edited by any other artist besides me and the rigger.
- Pricing includes commercial rights.
- No refunds allowed once the sketch has been approved.
- You must credit me as the model artist.
- You will receive: A .psd file with all layers separated ready to be rigged in Live2D.
*You must NOT edit the .psd file, you may edit the .png files as you please
- The client may ask for wips whenever they want.
- I will send multiple updates during the process.
- The sketch phase is the best time for you to tell me if you would like something changed, eg: pose, lighting, colors, etc. Feel free to ask for any adjustments as you want during this phase.
- Working time is 2-4 months depending on your slot and it might take more.
- Please allow a response time of 1-5 working days but feel free to send multiple messages if it is urgent.
- Minimum time for deadline is 2 months. If needed earlier, extra charges may apply.
- If you want me to keep the commission confidential, an extra fee of $150 will be applied.
- Extra charges would be applied if I find your character more detailed or the time taken for it is longer than expected.
PROCESS
1. Fill out and submit a Google Form.
2. Discussion of details and deadline.
3. Payment is through paypal only: The client may either pay full upfront or 50% upfront and after the sketch has been approved the second half of the payment must be sent before I continue the commission.
4. First I will work on two drafts. The first one is for an overall review of the model. The second one will be a cleaner sketch which will also serve as the sketch for the rendering process. This is the best phase for you to tell me anything you would like to be changed.
5. After sketch has been approved, I will proceed to render the model. Here you may ask for minimal changes and color adjustments only.
6. Once rendering is done, I will proceed to cut the model and finalize it. Reviews made by a rigger after finishing the model will be helpful to modify anything in time and further cutting changes are acceptable too.Feel free to contact me through Twitter DM @sadppy_y or to my email serolf.jennifer@gmail before submitting the form for any question.
